The episode started with the housemates dancing for 'Gang-u Leader-u' song. Akhil said that it is good to see the housemates from the secret room as he got to see their original versions. Abhijeet, Sohel, and Mehboob were talking about Akhil and the latter who is in the secret room is a little bit surprised with their conversations. Mutton got spoiled and the housemates blamed the ration manager Avinash for it. Avinash urged Bigg Boss to send Mutton again.

Bigg Boss said that all the housemates got letters from their families. Each contestant will tell a hidden truth about them. Akhil has now the ability to send the letter to the housemates. Bigg Boss added that Akhil will have the right to send the letter to the respective contestants. Bigg Boss asked all the contestants to share their dark secrets. Mehboob first told a secret about him and Akhil sent the letter. Harika revealed her secret and received her letter. Avinash revealed a secret but Akhil said that he already knew it and he won't give the letter. Avinash received the shredded letter.

Lasya also revealed her secret and got the letter. Abhijeet also received his letter. Akhil shredded Ariyana's letter. Sohel received the letter. Sohel's family asked about his friends Akhil and Mehboob in the letter. Sohel became emotional saying that Akhil would have been very happy with the letter. Bigg Boss gave a puzzle kind of task to the housemates and Sohel's team won. The episode ended with Akhil urging Bigg Boss to give the letter sent by his family members.
