The episode started with Nagarjuna's entry with 'Vachaadayyo Saami' song. Harika as a captain punished Akhil and Sohel saying that the duo will not get an egg today. They argued and Akhil said that he has seen some housemates getting horns after becoming a captain. Bigg Boss gave Real Mango Task. Avinash, Sohel, Ariyana, and Lasya participated in the task and Avinash won the task and got 10 Real Mango Drink bottles.

Nagarjuna greeted the housemates. He asked Harika who does she not want to see in the top 2 and she said it is Avinash. Harika's brother and a friend came on to the stage. Her brother said that they bought a puppy for her and she became happy. They said Harika, Abhijeet, Ariyana, Sohel, and Lasya will be in the Top 5. Nagarjuna asked which contestant backbitches and Akhil gave the black rose to Abhijeet. Akhil's brother and nephew came on to the stage and guessed Akhil, Sohel, Abhijeet, Ariyana, and Avinash will be in the top 5. 

Nagarjuna asked who gave the least effort for the tasks and Ariyana said it is Monal. Ariyana's sister and a friend came on to the stage. They said Ariyana, Harika, Sohel, Akhil, and Avinash will be in the top 5. Nagarjuna asked who plays a safe game in the house and Lasya immediately said it is Avinash. Lasya's mother came on to the stage and said Lasya, Avinash, Abhijeet, Harika, and Sohel will be in the top 5. Nagarjuna asked with whom he won't talk much after Bigg Boss and Sohel said it is Abhijeet. Sohel's family members came on to the stage. They said Sohel, Abhijeet, Akhil, Avinash, and Ariyana will be in the top 5. 

Nagarjuna asked who is selfish in the house and Avinash said it is Lasya. Nagarjuna said that Avinash's answer is diplomatic and he cannot meet his family members. Nagarjuna asked who might have got eliminated instead of Mehboob and Abhijeet said it is Monal. Abhijeet's father and a relative came on to the stage. They said Abhijeet, Sohel, Harika, Akhil, and Monal will be in the top 5. Nagarjuna asked who she regretted trusting, Monal said it is Abhijeet. Monal's mother came on to the stage and said the top 5 will be Monal, Abhijeet, Monal, Akhil, Sohel, and Lasya. She also said that she likes Abhijeet after Monal. 

Monal, Lasya, and Avinash got the least number of votes and Nagarjuna asked them to bring their favorite items and sent those to the storeroom. Nagarjuna declared that Sohel is safe.
