The episode started with King Nagarjuna's spectacular entry. All the season 4 contestants who got eliminated in the previous episodes set the stage on fire with their performances. All the contestants talked with Nagarjuna one by one and expressed how much their lives and careers got changed after Bigg Boss. Swathi revealed that she is doing a project with RGV. Noel who got out of the Bigg Boss house because of some health issues said that he is doing good now. Lasya said that she stopped eating Dal after Bigg Boss. 

Mehboob said that he signed two films and a web series. Nagarjuna along with the finalists' family members and eliminated contestants greeted the finalists. Nagarjuna announced that a celebrity will come into the house to get the finalists out of the Bigg Boss house. Praneetha sizzled the stage with her dance performance.

Anil Ravipudi asked if anyone has ever drunk coffee in others' cup. Harika said yes and drank lemon juice. Sohel drank Karela juice. Anil asked if anyone has used other housemate's towel and Mehboob said that Sohel always uses his towel. Anil asked if anyone got so angry and wanted to beat someone, Sohel and Akhil said yes. Anil Ravipudi made fun of them both. Harika got eliminated first. 

Praneetha came into the Bigg Boss house and gave an offer. If anyone who thinks to have less chance of winning can take 10 lakhs rupees and leave the house. But, the finalists didn't accept the offer. Laxmi Rai came in and Ariyana got eliminated from the Bigg Boss house. 

Nagarjuna gave another offer of Rs. 20 lakhs for Akhil, Abhijeet, and Sohel. Nagarjuna increased the amount to 25 lakhs and Sohel decided to take it. Akhil and Abbijeet's family members suggested them not to take it.

Sohel's brother said he can take it if he is ready to donate 10 lakhs for charity. Sohel took 25 lakhs and announced that he will give 10 lakhs for an orphanage and will use 15 lakhs for himself.  Sohel came out and said that he will give 5 lakhs for charity and 5 lakhs for his friend who is in need. Mehboob said he is also ready to donate to charity. Nagarjuna said that he himself will give the charity of Rs 10 lakhs and Sohel can use the Rs. 25 lakhs entirely for himself. Sohel became extremely happy and thanked him. 

SS Thaman with some popular singers like Sri Krishna, Geetha Madhuri gave a mesmerizing performance. After introducing the Bigg Boss trophy, Nagarjuna went into the Bigg Boss house and brought both Abhijeet and Akhil out of the Bigg Boss house. Megastar Chiranjeevi joined the Bigg Boss grand finale as a chief guest. Chiranjeevi showed the video of Nagarjuna's journey in the Bigg Boss and talked about all the housemates. While talking to Sohel, he said that his wife Surekha became sad that the housemates are not getting enough food and made Biryani as well as Mirchi ka Salan for them. Sohel cried and thanked them and requested their help in his career. Chiranjeevi promised that he will do a cameo also in Sohel's film. Chiru also donated a cheque of 10 lakhs to Mehboob for charity.  

Nagarjuna declared Abhijeet as the winner of Bigg Boss season 4. Abhijeet received the Bigg Boss winner trophy from Chiranjeevi. Apart from the cash prize, Abhijeet also won an Apache bike.
