We already knew that Hollywood director, Paula Hawkins's directorial 'The Girl on the Train' is going to get remade in Hindi and Parineeti is starring in it.

Reports also came out that noted Bollywood director Ribhu Dasgupta will be helming the Hindi version. Actors like Aditi Rao Hydari, Kirti Kulhari, and Avinash Tiwary are supposed to play the lead roles in the film. The movie was supposed to hit the screens in 2020. But, the film got shelved because of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. As per the latest reports, the film shooting finally got resumed recently and the makers are wrapping up the shooting with high pace.

On the other hand, after this project, Parineeti Chopra is all set to join hands with director Ribhu Dasgupta for another movie. Touted to be an action thriller, more details regarding the project are yet to get released.
