Karthikeya's Chaavu Kaburu Challaga released in the theatres on last Friday. The film opened to a disaster talk from the box-office. The film did not do well at the box-office. Koushik Pegallapati made his debut as a director with the movie. Lavanya Tripathi plays the leading lady of the film.

The film collected 2.75 Cr in three days and it is highly impossible for the film to reach the breakeven point of 13.5 Crores at the box-office.
