The report mentioned that the actress has put a no-kissing policy. However, the actress has given her version on the same. She mentioned that she was not asked for an onscreen kiss for the film.

"Firstly, I was not asked for an onscreen kiss for the film by the director. The script is so beautiful just the way it is. Please don’t spread false news. Thank you (sic)," the actress wrote on her Twitter profile. With this, she indirectly hinted that she is game for anything if the script demands. Nivetha is one of the promising talents we have in the industry in the current times. Let us hope that she gets the right kind of roles.
