Regina Cassandra chooses to be versatile in her script selection. She is rightly balancing her films with glamorous and off-beat roles. Recently, she played a negative role in Vishal's Chakra. Now, she is playing the role of a RAW agent. Regina is currently acting in the Tamil film Borrder. Directed by Arivazhagan, this movie features Arun Vijay as the lead hero. The shoot was launched recently.

As per the buzz in the Tamil film industry, the Nakshatram actress is playing the role of a RAW officer in this movie. Apparently, she will also perform some intense action scenes in the film. Borrder is being produced by Vijayaraghavendra under the banner of All In Pictures. Sam CS is composing the music of it. The makers are planning to release the film later this year.

On the flip side, Regina is also prepping up to start working on her new Telugu film under the direction of Sudheer Varma. Nivetha Thomas is playing the other lead role in this movie. Touted to be an action thriller, this untitled film features Nivetha and Regina in the roles of police trainees.
