Krishna Vamsi is undoubtedly one of the finest filmmakers in the Telugu film industry. The director who has delivered some memorable movies in his career like Ninne Pelladatha, Sindhooram, Anthahapuram, etc has been struggling with back-to-back disasters lately. The director announced his next project Ranga Marthanda which went on to the floor a couple of years ago but there is no update on the film.

The film featuring Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishnan in the lead roles the film was launched in 2019 but the two waves of coronavirus have delayed the project even more.

There are speculations in a section of media that the project has been shelved. But, there are also reports that the film will head for a release directly on a digital streaming platform.
