Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently busy with the shoot of his upcoming film Godfather. Directed by Mohana Raja, this movie is an official remake of the 2019 Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. All the works of this movie are progressing at a brisk pace.

According to the latest buzz, popular YouTuber and actor, Gangavva will play an important role in this movie. Apparently, Gangavva's role is a crucial one and the makers felt that only she can justify that character. This will be her first project with Chiru.

Gangavva shot to fame with her YouTube videos. Later, she participated in season four of Bigg Boss Telugu. Recently, Gangavva was seen in Shekhar Kammula's Love Story. She enjoys a huge following in the rural areas of Telangana and her inclusion will be a good advantage for Godfather.

Nirav Shah is handling the cinematography and Thaman is composing the music of this movie. Godfather is expected to release in early 2022.
