Movie Artists Association (MAA) elections created a unique curiosity in the film circles. Prakash Raj contested as the President while Manchu Vishnu is also in the contest as his rival. Finally, with a huge margin, Manchu Vishnu tasted a victory against Prakash Raj.

On the other hand, a majority of the members from the Manchu Vishnu panel too tasted a victory.

Srikanth from Prakash Raj's panel won as the vice-president over Babu Mohan from Manchu Vishnu's panel.

Raghu Babu from Manchu Vishnu's panel won as the General Secretary over Jeevitha Rajasekhar from Prakash Raj's panel.

Siva Balaji from Manchu Vishnu's panel won as the Treasurer over Nagineedu from Prakash Raj's panel.

Even in the executive members, Manchu Vishnu's panel won 10 posts and Prakash Raj's panel won 8 posts.
