Director Trivikram is known for making heavy family dramas. Usually, he ropes in tier-two actresses to play a few supporting roles in his movies. He signed up Kamalini Mukherjee for Jalsa, Pranitha for Atharinitiki Daaredi, Eesha Rebba for Aravinda Sametha and Nivetha Pethuraj for Ala...Vaikunthapurramuloo, in the past.

Trivikram's next project is with Superstar Mahesh Babu. This film is tentatively called SSMB 28. According to the reports, Pooja Hegde will be the main heroine in it.

Now, we hear that Trivikram is roping in young actress Samyuktha Menon to play a key role in the movie.

Apparently, Samyuktha will be seen as Mahesh's 'maradalu' in this film. Going by this rumour, it looks like the director is coming up with yet another family drama. Samyuktha is currently acting alongside Rana in Bheemla Nayak and Dhanush in Sir.

Incidentally, Trivikram is the screenplay writer of Bheemla Nayak and he is producing Sir. It looks like Samyukta grabbed his attention with her talent and thus, she got an opportunity of acting in his next directorial venture.

The shoot of SSMB 28 will begin once Mahesh gets done with the works of his ongoing project Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
