The episode started with Nagarjuna's ravishing entry. Nagarjuna reveals that Bigg Boss Non-Stop has been receiving tremendous response from the audience and the housemates get happy. Nag says that the challengers have to pick up a bit. Nag shows a video of Ariyana and Ashu eating food secretly. Nag makes fun of Shiva flirting with Ariyana, Bindu and Ashu. He also greeted all the housemates and talked to them.
Ariyana gets into the safe zone. Sarayu cries thinking that she will get eliminated this time in the first week as well. Nagarjuna gives balloons and darts to the housemates. The warriors should burst challengers balloons and should prove their thinking as a myth. Tejaswi bursts Chaitu's balloon and says that there are no strategies. Mumaith bursts Shiva's balloon saying that he is over smart. Akhil bursts Mithra's balloon and says that she is overconfident.
Nagarjuna gave another task that the housemates should give a red rose to the housemate they like and black rose to the housemate they are unable to gel with. Ajay gives black rose to Sarayu and red rose to Akhil. Tejaswi got maximum number of red roses got love badge and Mithra got highest black roses and gets the hate badge. Mithra and Mahesh dance to 'Ammakutti' song. Chaitu and Ariyana dance to 'Nadaka Chuste' song. Nataraj and Shree dance to 'Melikalu Tirugutunte Ammayo' song.
Sarayu and Mumaith are in danger zone. Sarayu starts crying. Nagarjuna announces that Mumaith got eliminated. Sarayu cries profusely and the housemates console her. Mumaith also cries and Akhil hugs her. After coming out of the Bigg Boss house, Mumaith cries and complains that the housemates intentionally tried to portray her as an aggressive person and are giving a tag to her which also defamed her.
Nagarjuna asked Mumaith to select worthy as well as the waste housemates in the BB house and also give valid reasons. Mumaith says that Akhil, Tejaswi, Ajay, and Ashu are worthy housemates whereas Sarayu, Mithra, Shiva and Bindu are waste housemates. Akhil sung 'Manasantha Nuvve' song for Mumaith.
