The episode started with the housemates dancing to 'Run Run' song. Ariyana asked Nataraj to make her his assistant if he becomes the captain and make her not to do any work. Bigg Boss starts the captaincy task again. Ashu gave juice to Shiva and Bindu gave juice to Nataraj. Ashu, Akhil argue with Bindu that Shiva should not be the captaincy contender. Akhil and Bindu shout at each other. Mahesh also supports Bindu and Shiva. Ashu and Ariyana also argue with each other and the former says that Ariyana is playing safe.

Ajay gets out of the captaincy contenders task. Akhil scolds Bindu again and the duo argue again. Akhil cries. Ajay gave juice to Shiva. Ajay shouts at Bindu saying that she is making false statements about Akhil. Ariyana voted to Nataraj making him as the new captain of the Bigg Boss house. Ashu says that Bindu should know how hard he words and asks Nataraj to make her the ration manager. While talking to Shravanthi, Bindu says that she didn't intentionally used the words to hurt Akhil.

'DJ Tillu' fame Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Neha Shetty enters the Bigg Boss house and made Teju, Bindu and Shiva repeat their skip. Neha asked Hamida to put a ring badge to Anil, a heart badge to Akhil, and a kiss badge to Ajay. Bigg Boss played the songs in reverse and the housemates have to sing it right and dance to the song.
