The episode started with the housemates dancing to 'Satte' song. Bindu, Shiva, and Anil are seen talking about Mithra saying that she will not have a strong point but just blabber around and it is better to just stay silent after stating their point. Bigg Boss gives the captaincy contenders task. A housemate will become a killer and they have to kill housemates whereas the housemates have to find the killer.

Bigg Boss called all the housemates into the confession room one by one and asked how eligible they are to become the killer. Bigg Boss says that Nataraj is the killer and gives him a phone saying that he will have to kill any housemate based on Bigg Boss's instruction. Akhil writes 'Nataraj is dead' on the mirror to divert the game and Mithra wrote 'I am Back' whereas Ashu wrote 'Next?' And Anil, Shiva, and Hamida wrote 'Mithra is dead' on the mirror.

Bigg Boss asked Nataraj to make a housemate drink coffee with salt to kill them. Nataraj killed Shiva. Bigg Boss asked Nataraj to make a lipstick mark on a housemate's shirt and Nataraj killed Anil. Bigg Boss asked Nataraj to pour water on a housemate's bed and Nataraj killed Ariyana. Anil writes 'Ashu is dead' on her bed.
