The episode started with Nagarjuna's energetic entry with 'Ragada' and 'Seeti Maar' songs. Nag welcomed all the previous housemates of this season and the family members of the top 7 finalists. Nagarjuna showed the journey video of Bigg Boss Non-Stop. Nagarjuna asked all the finalists to place the location pin in their favourite place in the house.
Anil gets evicted from the Bigg Boss house first. Anil said that he wants to see Shiva as the winner. Nag asked the housemates to say sorry and thank you to others. Baba Bhaskar thanked Bindu and apologized to Nataraj. Ariyana thanked Baba Bhaskar and apologized to Teju. Mithra thanked Akhil and apologized to Shiva. Shiva thanked Bindu and apologized to Mithra. Mehreen delivers a mesmerizing dance performance. Shiva gets evicted from the Bigg Boss house as the second runner-up. Nagarjuna enters the Bigg Boss house with a golden briefcase. Nagarjuna asked what they learned in Bigg Boss house. Bindu said that she learned her weakness is her strength indeed. Akhil said that he learned how to be calm and balanced. Nagarjuna leaves the Bigg Boss house with both Akhil and Bindu. Nagarjuna announced Bindu Madhavi as the Bigg Boss Non-Stop winner. Bindu became the first-ever lady winner in the entire Telugu Bigg Boss journey.
Bindu Madhavi received the trophy as well as a price money of Rs. 40 lakhs. Bindu dedicated the trophy to all the late bloomers and encouraged them. Nagarjuna announced that Bigg Boss Non-Stop has come to an end. However, Bigg Boss will return in a different format again very soon.
