Digging deep into the details, Janhvi bought a triplex apartment in Juhu area of Mumbai in 2020. She bought 14, 15 and 16 floors of that apartment for 39 crores. Now, she has sold the property for a massive amount of 44 crores. Bollywood star hero Rajkummar Rao bought the apartment from Janhvi for 44 crores which made 5 crores profit for the 'Gunjan' actress.
