Director Maruthi is working hard in scoring a big success. His last film Pakka Commercial with Gopichand is a big misfire at the box office. However, the director decided to do a film with Prabhas and the actor also agreed for the same. Prabhas liked the story and he gave his nod for the movie.

Interestingly, the film that was supposed to get launched today is said to be cancelled. As per the latest reports in the Telugu filmnagar, the film's launch is cancelled and the reason behind the same is unknown.

DVV Danayya was supposed to produce the film but he has walked out of the film and People Media Factory has stepped in for the film.

The buzz is that Malavika Mohanan will play the female lead in the film. More clarity on the project will be out soon.
