Harish Shankar is one of the star directors in the Telugu film industry. The talented director was supposed to work with Pawan Kalyan on an interesting film Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh. However, the film did not take off yet. There are rumors that the film will get shelved. But, there is no clarity over the progress of the same. Meanwhile, we have come to know that Harish Shankar is in touch with young hero Vijay Deverakonda.

Harish already confirmed that he is in talks with Vijay and the duo is planning to come up with an exciting film soon. The industry sources say that the duo is planning to work now and Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh would be sent to the back seat.

Most likely, Dil Raju is planning to do this film in the combination of Vijay and Harish.
