Ali, who recently became the electronic media advisor for Andhra Pradesh, made some interesting comments about his friend and political rival, Pawan Kalyan.

Ali told reporters in Tirupathi on Tuesday that he is willing to run against Pawan Kalyan if his party, the YSRC party, orders him to do so.

It's worth noting that Ali and Pawan Kalyan have been friends for over two decades, and Ali has appeared in many of Pawan Kalyan's films. However, before the 2019 elections, Ali joined the YSRC party and campaigned for it, which led to his appointment as media advisor.

Pawan Kalyan, the leader of the Jana Sena political party, has vowed to defeat the current ruling government led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Ali stated that "Pawan Kalyan is a good friend of mine, but politics and friendship are not the same." said YS Jagan.
