Director Gopichand Malineni received a phone call from Superstar Rajinikanth after he watched the film "Veera Simha Reddy". Rajinikanth was highly impressed with the film and praised it to the director.

Gopichand described the experience of talking to Rajinikanth as surreal and expressed his gratitude for the praise he received. The film, which was released during Sankranthi, was a commercial success and was bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.

Gopichand Malineni is yet to confirm his next film and we have to see what he will come up with.
