The makers of Vijay’s 67th film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, have revealed the title through a promotional video. The two-minute video features Vijay making both chocolate and a sword, and ends with the title "Leo" and the tagline "Bloody Sweet."

The promo video showcases an intense background score by Anirudh Ravichander. The film features Sanjay Dutt as the antagonist and an ensemble cast including Trisha Krishnan as the leading lady, Priya Anand, Arjun, Gautham Menon, and Mysskin in important roles. The film, produced by SS Lalit Kumar under the banner of 7 Screen Studio, began its regular shoot today in Kashmir and is set to release on October 19th, 2023.

It is unclear if the film is part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). However, the fans already started drawing connections with Lokesh's earlier films.
