Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri have captivated the nation's attention with their performances in the film "Animal." As the female leads, both actors received widespread acclaim for their roles.

In "Animal," although Rashmika enjoyed more screen time, it was Tripti who ultimately stole the spotlight with her compelling performance. However, it appears that Rashmika may soon have an edge over Tripti in the Telugu film industry.

According to recent reports, the team behind "Pushpa" is considering bringing Tripti Dimri on board for a special song in the sequel. In the first installment, Samantha's item number "Oo Antava" gained immense popularity. For "Pushpa 2," Tripti is reportedly being considered for a similar role. While there is no official confirmation yet, the addition of Tripti could significantly enhance the film's appeal.

Interestingly, while "Animal" boosted Tripti's prominence despite Rashmika's significant role, "Pushpa 2" might provide Rashmika with the opportunity to shine even brighter. The film's production is currently in its final stages.

Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa 2" also stars Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Anasuya, and other notable actors in key roles. The filmmakers are targeting an August 15 release date.
