Joru Audio - A 'Joru'ful Melody Masala

Joru is an upcoming entertainer starring Sundeep Kishan, Raashi Khanna, Priya Banerjee, Sushma Raj et al in lead roles. Music for the film is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo and directed by Gundelo Godari fame Kumar Nagendra. Here is an exclusive audio review of the album:

The album begins with a power packed track Manasa supported by contemporary sequencing and electric guitars. Vocalist Sunil Kashyap delivers an energetic rendition for this foot tapping number. The interludes are good with good string section and impressive sequencing.

Puvvulaku is a breezy melody with decent bass work and progressive rhythm section. Poetic lyrics add much beauty to this sweet sounding song. The usage of harmonica and lovely string section gives the right impact in the interludes. Shreya Ghoshal’s lovely voice is definitely a huge asset for this track.

The relaxing ambience continues with Hawwai Thuwwai with funky lyrics by Vanamali and competent voice of Hemachandra. The energetic electric guitar is supported by mellowed bass and fun filled rhythm section.

Kodante Kodi is a massy number sung by the composer Bheems and husky voiced Bhargavi Pillai with great ease. The local percussions give the local ambience in supreme ease and fun filled moments are appended with the funky lyrics. This track brings the energetic flavor to the album quite well.

The album arrives to finale with title track Joru sung by Raashi Khanna- one of the female leads of the film.  This track interestingly begins with a poem written by Vemana and the track has a mellowed energy level associated with it. The overall orchestration is minimal yet it makes an impact on the listener.

Verdict:
Joru is an entertaining and commercially viable album from Bheema Ceciroleo. The songs are instantly likeable and fun filled with a right balance between melodies and mass numbers.
