Comedian Ali’s sexist comments on Anushka in Size Zero audio launch is the burning issue now and this topic has crossed boundaries and evoked some serious reaction from the public as well.
Few months ago an NRI named Annapurna Sunkara came out with a video on misrepresentation of women in Telugu cinema and in that video she lashed out comedian Ali for his derogatory comments on women and co-anchor Suma. Recently, yet another woman named Asha came up with a video reacting exclusively on Ali’s style of anchoring and his recent objectionable remarks on Anushka. She got down heavily on the ace comedian in the video which is slowly catching up heat.
Well, public voluntarily coming out with such reactions just indicates the severity of the issue. However, some industry onlookers claim that videos of this sort are for just instant popularity. Meanwhile even women welfare organizations are also serious about Ali’s objectionable comments and are planning to stage protests soon.
We hope the uproar reaches Ali as well and we need to wait and see how he will proceed further after all this.
