Mani Sharma and His Background Scores

The job of a music composer for commercial films is not at all an easy job. While giving catchy tunes along with right balance of novelty and popularity is one prime task, the biggest challenge is to provide elevating background score. Legendary composers like MSV and Maestro Ilaiyaraaja redefined the way re-recording is done for a film by elevating even a normal scene to extraordinary sequence. But from the school of Tollywood, it is Melody Brahma Mani Sharma who gave a new touch to this challenging aspect.

Mani Sharma is an avid keyboard player and also skilled in Western Classical without losing the Indian melodious flavor. He is also heavily influenced by Maestro Ilaiyaraaja which led him to explore the nuances of Jazz as well. Nobody can forget the revenge theme music of Chiranjeevi starrer Choodalani Undhi, Love Theme in Pawan Kalyan’s Kushi, Climax sequence of Mahesh Babu’s Murari  which took him to the top league of film composers in Tollywood.

Mani is greatly known for elevating the hero image in perfect sync and balance without sounding over preachy or fanatic about the same. He always had special working style for each hero and gave the best work for Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Balakrishna and of course Mahesh Babu.

Apart from his own albums, Mani Sharma has the credit of giving fantastic background score for other composer albums as well such as Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Temper. He has become the buzzword once again thanks to the mesmerizing background score for Nani’s latest film Gentleman as well.

iQlikmovies wishes Mani Sharma a very happy birthday and hope he has a melodious year ahead!
