Ravi Teja is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada and Okka Kshanam director with VI Anand. Tentatively titled Disco Raja, the project is a period film, set in the background of 1980’s. Ravi Teja will be playing a double role in this film and is said to be seen in a retro avatar for the flick. For the first time ever, he will play a full-fledged role where he will be seen in a complete retro look.
Rx 100 heroine Payal Rajput was the first starlet who was roped in to play the leading lady of the film. Later, actor Nabha Natesh joined the list and the recent addition to the cast is actor Priyanka Jawalkar, who has become heartthrob with her recent film Taxiwala. An official confirmation from the makers, regarding the female leads is awaited. While Ram Talluri is producing the film, Thaman SS is composing the project. Touted to be a science-fiction thriller, the film is expected to release next year.
As his last four films have been huge disasters at the box office, fans of the actor are hoping to see him bag a hit at least with the upcoming film.
