Young director Anil Ravipudi is the big gainer for this Sankranthi with his film F2 starred Victory Venkatesh, Mega Prince Varun Tej, Milky Beauties Tamannah Bhatia and Mehreen Kaur. It is a unanimous victory for Anil Ravipudi and F2 because the movie which was released on 12th of January, even though it is Saturday has won the game.
The fun factor worked out well. On the other hand, the real-life story of the NTR failed to attract Telugu audiences and the director of NTR Kathanayakudu disappointed all. The dull narration is the main villain for NTR Kathanayakudu, as per trade analysts. On the other hand, Director Boyapati Sreenu has wasted the mega chance and bagged negative trolling for his work in Vinaya Vidheya Rama. Almost 60 Cr budget and 90 Cr plus pre-release business hype has bitten the mud. Even though the film Vinaya Vidheya Rama gained some coins due to Sankranthi rush, but the disaster Boyapati has given to Ram Charan will be a nightmare for mega fans.
So, when we compare the three films and three directors, Anil Ravipudi has done a good job and bagged a big success, where two maverick directors failed utterly.
