Was NTR Biopic Planned In Three Parts?

The trailer of the second and final instalment of NTR biopic featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna is out and it is gaining a mixed response from everyone. After the disappointing result of the first part, the makers released the trailer of Mahanayakudu with no much hype.

According to our Film Nagar reports, the biopic of NTR was initially planned in three parts. But, all the plans were dropped after Kathanayakudu (part-1) failed miserably at the Box-office. With a view to making it in three parts, director Krish kept aside a few important scenes from part-2 for the final and third instalment. But, there was a sudden change in the plan after NTR-Kathanayakudu ended up as a huge disappointment.

Featuring Balakrishna as NTR, Vidya Balan as Basavatarakam, Rana Daggubati as Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Kalyan Ram as Hari Krishna, the second part of the film is hitting the screens on 22nd February. MM Keeravani is the music director for NTR and it's being jointly produced by Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri.
