Buzz: Bellamkonda to remake recent Tamil blockbuster film

Young hero Bellamkonda Sreenivas scored a hit with Rakshasudu when he was going through a rough patch. Rakshasudu was a remake of the Tamil film Ratsasan. After the success of that movie, Bellamkonda made Alludu Adhurs which remained a disaster. Thus, he has taken up the remake route once again. It is already known that Bellamkonda is making his Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of Chatrapathi.

As per the latest sources from Kollywood, he will also be remaking the recent Tamil hit Karnan into Telugu. According to the sources, the actor's father Bellamkonda Suresh bought the remake rights of Karnan. The project may go on the floors soon. More details about this film will be announced in the coming days.

Karnan is a recent Tamil blockbuster film directed by Mari Selvaraj. It features Dhanush in the lead role. The film talks about caste oppression and various other social issues. It was well-received by the critics as well as the audiences.
