RGV - A cult name and identity! An uninvited and inevitable obsession! An unacceptable truth and an indigestible rebel!

It takes volumes to describe this bitter intellect but it takes a while to understand his logic and reason out this modernist. Wherever he goes, controversy follows or otherwise, wherever controversy lies, he will go there. The pro director who shifted to Bollywood long back, however, wasn’t any lucky in the recent past. So, he was back to his nest and as usually surprised the tinsel town with his project with the Manchu family.

But the most appreciable point here is that – be it whichever big wig production house, from Amitabh to Mohan Babu, whomsoever it is, it still remains a “RGV film” and carries the brand. And that is RGV! He continues to take us on a roller coaster ride right from the moment he announced Rowdy. There was no buzz around the opening. They say it is a Rayalseema faction film again. The trailer was stunning and bagged a great response all over. Above all, the film has a romantic song [OMG!!! Sorry Oh My Ramu!]

This film marks a different RGV altogether:
-      He is making a commercial film with all the typical commercial Telugu requisites after a long time.
-      It was touted that he vowed not to touch his favorite ‘Vodka’ unless he is done with the shooting – RGV being sentimental!
-      RGV attending a typical Telugu style audio release and hailing filmmakers Raghavendra Rao and Dasari [Dasari has apparently bought the Nizam rights of Rowdy!]
-      But, he remained himself again by making some sensational comments like “I hate Mohan Babu” with a contradictory ending like “If I have a friend in the industry, it is Mohan Babu garu”

Yes RGV! You are a master at your own special mocktail with controversy and contradiction! But, he looks promising back with his trademark style that was in hibernation all these years. And that is why he is our SENSATIONAL STAR OF THE WEEK!
