It is an almost a ritual in Tollywood for critics to slam every film irrespective of their success and audience response. Once again this phenomena has proved to be wrong this year. Many films like Nenokkadine, Maaya, Run Raja Run, Minugurulu, and Bangaru Talli… many others were critically acclaimed irrespective of their box office performance. Best among the critics praised movies is Telugu remake of Malayalam movie Drushyam which starred Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal, Meena in original and directed by Jeethu Joseph.

Without a doubt, Drushyam is top critics praised movie and best among the path breaking movies of this year. Drushyam is an absolute refreshment from routine films and almost different in its kind. Starring victory Venkatesh and Meena in this drama thriller and though it was a family treat, the thriller element really worked. Drishyam is completely writers and directors film. Venkatesh performance as a caring middle class father is behind the boundaries of excellence.

Everything is perfect with Drushyam -- lead actors performance, it is well adopted for Telugu audience and every section of audience received it well. As we said earlier, it is definitely different in its kind. As every films has its own limitations and drawbacks, Drushyam too have its own! But all those drawbacks and negative points vanished with critics and audience response. This is the result we get when each and every craft in filmmaking walks on a single path. So, hats off to the makers and actors of Drushyam from critics side.
