It is very rare that a well known family in the film industry is tightly knight together. There are many types of complications and problems that can be seen in such families. These include problems between the father and the son or daughter, between husband and wife and so on. Many people over the ages have blamed such problems on the profession. However, it is very difficult to trace the source of such problems when families of the film industry are involved. There are very few exception to this general rule or trend.
The Akkineni family
The Akkeneni family is well known to the South Indian film industry. For many years the audience has been watching this family make public appearances on award functions and talk shows. Most people are acquainted with the level of emotional attachment and love between the members of this particular family. The scions of the family, Akhil and Naga Chaitanya and their caring and doting father Nagarjuna are recognized by anybody who is a little familiar with the films of this industry. The love and care between them have now reached greater proportions. Most people are aware that Nagarjuna was responsible for releasing his younger son Akhil in to a directorial venture by VV Vinayak. The project was a high profile one. Very recently Nagarjuna has been known to help both his sons’ careers. In fact, this father has been looking out for opportunities and boosting his sons for quite some time now. Very recently this has become the hot topic for discussion in the movie industry.
Nagarjuna’s helping hand
There are rumors that Nagarjuna has been in meeting and discussing things with Trivikram, who is considered to be quite an intellectual film maker in the South. Trivikram has had a very successful career and has been running well with his recent successes that include Atharintiki, Julayi, Dharedi, S/O Satyamurthy and so on. In fact, Nagarjuna has been known to ask him to direct the next venture for his oldest son, Naga Chaitanya. There have been rumors that Naga is willing to pay a huge amount to Trivikram for this project, only if the great director agrees to take on this challenge.

There are also many rumors doing the rounds that state that Nagarjuna has been talking with Sreenu Vaitla over his younger son, Akhil’s next film. There have been reports that say that the director has shown much interest in this project. The talks and final decisions will come to light very soon. Most of the fans of the Akkineni family are quite amused by this doting father’s continuous efforts to place his son over all the young generation actors of the current film industry. Whether the two directors accept the proposal and work on the ventures are yet to be seen. The success of these ventures are still in question as of yet. However, Akkeneni fans have placed their faith and are waiting with much faith and bated breath for any news.
