Many celebrities in the film industry share a memorable bond and a few have a special bond with certain banners. Eminent writer Rajashri shared a great rapport with actor Chalam and had a special attachment with his production company, Sri Ramana Chitra. He worked with Chalam for various films and wrote scripts for films like Sambarala Rambabu, Bullemma Bullodu, Devudamma, Thulabharam etc.

One day, when Chalam was shooting for the film Devudamma, Rajashri was lost in deep thoughts to write a song for one of the situations in the film. After struggling for a while, he moved to a corner in the office, and sat very far from everyone else. Chalam saw Rajashri sitting far away in the room and approached him to inquire. He asked Rajashri, “Emiti Rajashri garu, Ekkado Duram ga Kurchunnaru”? (What Rajashri, Why are you sitting far away”?) Hearing this, something struck Rajashri’s creative mind and he immediately replied, “Hammayya! Manchi link andinchaaru Chalam garu”, (Thank God! You just gave me a  good link).

Saying so, Rajashri put his pen to work and started writing the song,

“Ekkado Duraana Kurchunnavu,

 Ikkadi Ma Talarathalu Rasthunnavu,

Chitramaina Garadi Chesthunnavu,

Tamasha Chusthunnavu”

The song holds a great significance, which depicts the plight of a human, singing about the almighty about him being somewhere far away, deciding our fates and watching the fun.

Such interesting incidents keep happening with creative brains, especially with writers. They never know when they will find a link that strikes their imagination. IQlik Movies shares a few more interesting incidents very soon. Stay Tuned.
