Sachiin Joshi and Bandla Ganesh looked to be the thickest friends with back to back ventures right from Nee Jathaga Nenundali. But things have turned topsy-turvy now and time has come where Sachiin Joshi’s VIIKING MEDIA & Entertainment Pvt Ltd, a leading media and entertainment house based out of Mumbai has initiated civil and criminal proceedings against producer Bandla Ganesh (Parmeshwara Arts Production).
Going into the details, Viiking media and Entertainment has sent a legal notice to Bandla Ganesh on a cheque bounce issue and Bandla Ganesh has failed to pay back the distribution amount of Nee Jathaga Nenundali and also allegedly ‘cheated’ with respect to the distribution aspects of his previous releases. So, Viiking Media and Entertainment has finally resorted to legal proceedings and thereby lodged cases against Parmeshwara Arts Production and Bandla Ganesh.
Well, we have heard of Bandla Ganesh being associated with such cases even in the past but this time coming from his friend Sachiin Joshi is something that is raising many eyebrows.
