Tollywood’s family movie actor Sivaji has been quite active in the political front by giving strong statements and at times even stirs controversies. He has been quite vocal about Pawan Kalyan’s role in getting special status for Andhra Pradesh state by cajoling the Prime Minister Modi. It is a well known fact that Sivaji commented on Pawan saying that the leader of Janasena didn’t work hard to get a good status for the state.
Knowing the brilliant fan base Pawan Kalyan has, there was lot of opposition on Sivaji’s straightforward statements in the media along with common people. Sivaji seems to have realized this sooner or later and chose to clarify what he exactly meant about the criticism!
Sivaji said that the main reason he wants Pawan alone to work for the special status is because it is only Pawan who has such popularity in Telugu lands, after veteran actor turned politician Sr.NTR. He also said that such popularity should be utilized to increase the self respect of the newly formed state of Andhra Pradesh.
We will have to see what Pawan Kalyan’s fans would react to this!
