Going by the title, if you are wondering whether Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan would be seen as a doctor in one of his upcoming films, it is totally off the mark! The effervescent star has been given one of the greatest honors which any performing artist would dream of. He has been awarded the honorary doctorate from the University Chancellor HRH The Princess Royal in Edinburgh.
The main reason for SRK getting this unique honor is for his remarkable contribution as a star and on screen and charity work off the screen. To make things better, he was invited to deliver a lecture titled ‘Life is the only miracle’ to the university students.
This lecture by the King Khan himself enthralled the students like never before and naturally, the actor is quite pleased with himself for getting the second doctorate now- the first being from the University of Bertfordshire. Shah Rukh Khan is currently busy filming with his most favourite co-star Kajol for the next film Dilwale.
