Our general understanding of a heroine is that she is present to add glamour to the movie and also to romance the hero and fill the songs. This is something more commonly found in Tollywood industry. But despite such a template, there have been few starlets who created a niche for themselves.
First in that list is Mahanati Savitri. In almost every film of hers, she created her own unique impact and this is the reason why she has a strong set of admirers even today. That way, she has got such perseverance and determination which is hard to find in others.
