Tollywood is a huge industry so there are always opportunities for talented individuals. The same applies to the music direction department and currently rock star Devi Sri Prasad is ruling the roost in Tollywood. However, the discussion happening is, who is the next DSP in Tollywood.
The list of contenders is many and first among them is Anup Rubens and Sai Karthik. While they are adept at music, given DSP’s performer range who is there. Anirudh Ravichander is not able to impress much. Sandy of Swamy Ra Ra fame shined but he is okay.
Not many are sure of Achchu though they admit he is talented. Even Praveen Lakkaraju is also promising. Sunil Kashyap to some extent made his presence felt. Last but not the least, Mickey J Meyer can become a surprise package if he starts doing some fast paced numbers. All in all, who will come after DSP is a big question. It could well be any new sensation too.
