A new trend has picked up in the cine circuit and this has to do with the genre of movies. It is being observed that a lot of demand is now coming for biopics and in the recent past, Bollywood has scored some major hits by coming up with biopics of individuals and also some real life incidents.
Now, the time has come for another biopic but this time it is going to happen in south. It is heard that the noted Malayalam director Kamal is planning a biopic on a famous Kerala lady writer. The interesting part is, Kamal has approached the sensuous Brahmin beauty Vidya Balan for doing the title role.
Buzz is that even Vidya has agreed to do the role and if all goes well, she would be making her comeback to the south after a gap of five years. Vidya’s real step to fame was the movie The Dirty Picture which was more or less a biopic of Silk Smitha. And now, she is attempting another one with this new biopic.
