The supremely talented Kollywood actor Dhanush was greatly known to the international music realm thanks to the popular single Why This Kolaveri Di which released in the year 2011. He has attained so much in life including awards and accolades after this milestone but this remains to be the most special achievements for him in life.
During an exclusive chitchat with brilliant director Gautam Menon, Dhanush spoke about this song. He reminisced that the orchestration and song was instantly catchy and he told composer Anirudh that it would rule the Tamil music industry! Dhanush confessed that he never thought it would become a global phenomenon.
Dhanush also said that Kolaveri Di was the song which made them realize about viral marketing online. Apparently, the scratch version was leaked online and immediately made a fun video of the recording to make the best use of the viral clicks!
