Abhinetri is a horror comedy film starring Prabhu Deva, Tamannaah, Amy Jackson in lead roles. Music for the film is composed by Sajid-Wajid and Vishal Mishra. Here is an iQlik exclusive audio review of the album:

The anticipated album begins with Chal Maar in a funky note. Nakash Aziz does a cool job for this song and it sets the right stage for an entertaining journey. Rama Jogayya Sastry’s lyrics are quite contemporary as well.  Despite the Bollywood influence, the song retains the entertaining factor much needed for a Telugu commercial flick.

Dance Cheyi Mazaga already became popular in the form of Tamannah’s stupendous dance promo and the full song doesn’t disappoint either. Geetha Madhuri’s rendition for this fiery number is another asset. The gripping rhythm and digital loops gives it an additional punch.

The album turns to melodious mode with Akasam Lo Rangualanni sung by the youthful sounding Karthik. The Jazzy keys are coupled efficiently with electric guitar touches. The slow and laid back progression makes it an enjoyable listen.

The finale hits well with a riveting number Rang Rang Rangare rendered by the extremely talented Shwetha Mohan. The song has a haunting feel intermingled with breathtaking melody and fear along with deep emotions. This song is an emotional journey explained in musical terms.

Verdict:

Abhinetri is an enjoyable album with the right share of dance numbers and melodies.
