Megastar Chiranjeevi is planning a biggest comeback into films with Khaidi No 150 directed by V V Vinayak who gave him a memorable hit like Tagore earlier. This film happens to be the remake of Vijay starrer Kaththi which focused on farmers issues. Chiranjeevi has been quite occupied working for this film and the initial plan was to release it on January 13th on the eve of Sankranthi next year.
The main reason for choosing 13th as the release date is because another big budget film Gautamiputra Satakarni will be releasing on 12th January. Naturally, the makers chose to avoid clash with Nandamuri’s big release as it also happens to be a prestigious 100th film for the star. But as per the latest updates, Khaidi No.150 might be releasing on January 11th itself to make full utilization of the festival season which spans for five days (till 15th Jan) from then.
If this materializes, the clash between Mega and Nandamuri fans is inevitable after ages for the festive season! The high voltage composer Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for the film and Kajal Agarwal will be seen as the female lead.
