The yesteryear actor Aditya Pancholi and his son Sooraj Pancholi are always in the forefront with respect to controversies. In fact, Aditya Pancholi was sentenced jail in a minor girl’s rape case in the past and 12 years back he went on a row with his apartment tenant regarding car parking. The case said that Aditya lost his temper and physically assaulted the guy.
The case has been investigated after nearly 12 years of its happening and the judgment came against Aditya in Andheri Court, Mumbai. He has been sentenced one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs.20,000. The court has given a month’s time to apply for higher legal body.
Aditya on the other hand has been denying this incident saying that he did not assault the guy in any manner. These sort of cases is not new to Aditya has he was stuck in similar situations earlier in 2013 and 2015 as well.
