In the last few years, the scale and canvas on which the film related events are happening is quite grand but our folks have taken big steps and are going international. One event which is considered quite premium is South India International Movie Awards (SIIMA).
Each year, this event has been happening in an international location and this time, the venue is Abu Dhabi in UAE. The local media there is calling it the big Indian Film Festival and the hype and craze is quite high. The event is going to take place on June 30th and July 1st.
The who’s who of all four south Indian industries would be present at Abu Dhabi along with few high profile Bollywood folks as well. Reports reveal Indians living across Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain are flocking to this event and hence all tickets are sold out.
