Well, the grapevine is strong that Nani is keen to do the remake of the movie ‘Chantabbai’ featuring megastar Chiranjeevi. Well, this was taken from a novel written by the iconic Malladi Venkata Krishnamurthy. So, it is required that Nani should be taking rights from him if he is looking at doing this remake.
Sources reveal that the producer of ‘Chantabbai’ has already given the remake rights but if it is going to be done in a rebooting style just like how ‘Meena’ came as ‘A..Aa’ buying rights from Malladi is compulsory. Nani is smart enough to know the process but it would be really exciting to see him become the funny detective ‘Chantabbai’.
