However, at the end of the day, it is only few departments like acting, directing, music or camera that get the accolades. Incidentally, there are also many unsung heroes who fail to get the appreciation they deserve.

But then, there are few heroes who are well aware of that and they rise up when the occasion demands. Superstar Mahesh Babu has been known to be considerate about his film’s unit members and he keeps a track of their efforts.
