Samara Shankam, the first single is composed by Young Tamil music composer K Krishna Kumar for Yatra, a biopic on YS Rajasekhar Reddy will be unveiled on September 2, which marks the 9th death anniversary on the former Chief Minister of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.

Malayalam superstar Mammootty is playing the lead role in this film which is slated for release on January 9. Yatra is being directed by Mahi V Raghav and is produced by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy under 70mm Entertainments banner. The film is a star-studded project and no details about the other cast in revealed till now.
