Sampath Nandi – writer & producer for Paper Boy movie already gave a hint to the audience by saying, this film has a normal and routine story. Well, Paper Boy movie has got special attraction as Geetha Arts came forward to release this film across the globe.

Now, it is the time to know whether this Paper Boy is capable of delivering the necessary entertainment to the audience or not in the following Paper Boy review.

Story:

Ravi (Santosh Shoban) is a student, who works as a Paper Boy while studying falls in love with Dharani (Riya Suman). Well, their love gets an objection from the Dharani’s siblings as their financial status didn’t match.

At this juncture, Megha (Tanya Hope) from Mumbai enters into the story. What is Megha’s role in the story? Did Ravi & Dharani win the hearts of her parents or not?

These questions unfold on silver screen.

Actors & Performances:

Santosh Shoban: He did his best to the Paper Boy role. Of course, he needs to brush his acting skills in emotional sequences.

Riya Suman & Tanya Hope: These two ladies looked gorgeous on screen. When it comes to acting, they passed successfully in the film.

Bithiri Sathi tried his best to create the comedy with the parody of some action scenes.

Analysis:

As makers already said this film is all about a routine love story with financial status differences. For this routine story, Sampath Nandi cleverly included a Mumbai backdrop to bring some new shade to the story.

Well, he was successful to some extent as the first half provides some comic relief to the audience. However, as the second half starts, unnecessary comedy portions enter into the screenplay and they turn out as hurdles to the smooth flow of the story.

Comedian Bithiri Satti failed to entertain as his scenes were forcibly included in the screenplay and those scenes also look artificial in the film. Even the climax becomes pretty much cinematic and it didn’t reach the
audience expectations.

Technical Aspects:

Music from Bheems is good and the Cinematography from Soundar Rajan is top notch. Sampath Nandi’s dialogues get thumbs up from the audience.

Plus Points:

+ Dialogues
+ Cinematography
+ Songs

Minus Points:

- Routine Story
- Week Narration

Final Verdict: Paper Boy- Regular Story.
