We are currently in the midst of the new genre known as biopic. Every other day a new biopic based on the life of a real life personality gets announced and that way the lives of famous people are being conceived on celluloid. So far, it was all about sports personalities and film stars but now a new subject is being chosen.

The makers are now eyeing the lives of political people whose lives ended in mystery. As part of that, one project is being looked at as the most talked about. It is the biopic of Sunanda Pushkar, the late wife of Congress politico Shashi Tharoor. Till date, the reason behind the mysterious death of Sunanda is to be known.

Reports reveal the film is going to be helmed by the super talented Sriram Raghavan while the burgundy eyed beauty Deepika Padukone would be essaying the role of Sunanda. Given the grey area behind the reason for her death, it has to be seen how truthful Sriram would be when he narrates about Sunanda’s demise.
