Well, what we mean by this is actually the path the showman of the south Shankar is taking. It appears he seems to be going in the route which was taken by the eccentric Ram Gopal Varma since a while.

Apparently, RGV made the movie ‘Sarkar’ in Hindi which became a huge hit and later on, he continued doing it for three parts. Incidentally, he did the same with yet another cult blockbuster ‘Sathya’. Of course, it is a different thing that the third part of both the movies became miserable flops at the box office.

Now, it is heard that Shankar also wants to do the same as he is keen on coming up with multiple franchises of ‘Robo’. Recently he reportedly said he is ready to do Robo 3.0 if Style Samrat Rajnikanth is willing. While the thought is good, many feel it is about time Shankar lets go of Rajini and goes for someone younger.
